Fall Semester Opens with New Opportunities, Expanded Student Support

North Country Community College is welcoming students back to its campuses for the start of the Fall 2026 semester with new initiatives designed to support student success, strong interest in several core academic programs and noncredit offerings, and a full slate of residential and athletic activity.

New students welcomed for Fall '26

The college welcomed first-year students to our campuses recently for a series of orientation sessions that included informational sessions, scavenger hunts, icebreakers and other activities. We also welcomed students to the residence halls, run by the North Country Community College Association, for move-in day.

Kemp, Mallach Sworn In as New Trustees

North Country Community College welcomed two new members to its Board of Trustees this week following their appointment by Gov. Kathy Hochul. Jordanna Mallach and Jessica Kemp were sworn in during the Board's Aug. 25 meeting.
